Welcome to the Radko family! To create an account, head on over to My Account, which can be accessed from the top of the webpage. Please enter a valid e-mail address and create a new password. Your password must be alphanumerical and at least 7 characters long. If you need help creating an account, our elves are ready to assist you! Please call us at 1-800-71-RADKO.
Please refer to the Forgot Your Password page to recover your login credentials. You will be asked to enter the email that you used to register your account so that a password elf can reply with a link to reset your password. If you need more assistance, please feel free to call our customer service elves at 1-800-71-RADKO, Monday – Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm PST.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Christopher Radko has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at [email protected].

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Christopher Radko. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

While browsing our products, simply click on the one you like for more details! Once you are on the product page, you can click on the “Wish List” button to save that product for later.
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
To browse our products, click on desired product category at the top of the webpage. You can click on individual products for more details. To place an item your shopping cart, click the “Add To Cart” button. If you know which item you would like, simply enter the item number or product name in the search box at the top of the page and click go!

You can either continue shopping by clicking on the "Keep Shopping" button at the bottom, or you can check out. In order to check out your items, you will need to be logged into your account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one!

We are so sorry about that! Please excuse our workshop elves and give us a call at 1-800-71-RADKO to let us know. If the item is still available, we will gladly replace it for you. If it isn’t, we’ll issue you a refund for the missing item. Please have your web order number ready when you call the customer service elves, since looking through Santa’s list of every boy and girl in town can take a while otherwise!
Things can get hectic sometimes, so please excuse our workshop elves! Call us at (800)-71-RADKO and we will send out the item as soon as possible. If the item is no long available, we will issue you a refund for it. Even if Santa has a list of every boy and girl in town, please be prepared with your web order number when you call the customer service elves!
Our workshop elves work extra hard to make sure that your package arrives safely, but sometimes accidents happen. If an item arrives damaged during the shipping process, we are more than happy to replace the item or grant you a full refund. If possible, please send a photo of the damaged ornament to [email protected]. If we have the ornament in our workshop, we’ll send you a replacement right away! If not, we will grant you a full refund. Please note that although Santa does have a list of every boy and girl in town, it will still speed things up if you have your web order number ready when you call the customer service elves.
We offer three shipping options: UPS ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. If you need to have your item shipped by a specific day, please use either UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. The price varies based on the size, weight and final destination of the package. To find out the exact cost of shipping, do the following steps:

  1. Add the items you plan to purchase to your cart.
  2. Head over to the shopping cart screen.
  3. Enter in your zip code in the appropriate field.

Orders placed after 12PM ET Monday-Friday will be scheduled to ship the next business day. If an order is placed after 12PM ET on Friday, it will be shipped the upcoming Monday.

A very smart elf will quickly calculate the shipping costs and then display your estimate!
You bet we can! Simply e-mail our customer service elves at [email protected] and attach a photo of your Radko ornament. We’ll get straight to work with our designers to identify your ornament!
Every year, we retire ornaments from our previous line. This means that these ornaments are no longer in production. If the item you’re looking for is retired, it is probably not available on our website for purchase. However, if you e-mail our elves ([email protected]), they will do their best to help you find the retired ornament elsewhere.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide values! However, we can tell you the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) from the year the ornament was created.
