Does the Christopher Radko Company replace and/or repair broken ornaments?
Unfortunately, The Christopher Radko Company does not replace broken ornaments. It is recommended that you contact the original Radko retailer where the ornament was purchased. If you would like to purchase a new ornament, you can find a retailer in your area, or on the web, by visiting the Where to Shop Page

Does the Christopher Radko Company make repairs to snowglobes?
Unfortunately, some collectors experience a malfunctioning snowglobe or have the unfortunate mishap of breaking the glass dome of their beloved snowglobes. The Christopher Radko Company does not make repairs to snowglobes, but we can recommend a few different reliable resources.

Where can I purchase Christopher Radko's exclusive Disney® Ornaments?
Disney® ornaments can ONLY BE PURCHASED by PARK VISITORS to both Disneyland and Disneyworld Parks. At Disneyland in the Disneyana shop, located inside Disneyland on Main Street.
